On-Site Visits
We recognize that finding a convenient location to schedule a physical exam can often be a hassle. We’re here to simplify the entire process for you. Instead of you having to search for a clinic, we’ll bring our professional services directly to your business, school, or camp. Whether you’re interested in hosting a multi-visit event, or you’d prefer to set up regular, recurring visits to fit your schedule, we can work with you to create a tailored solution.
Important Notes
In order to perform a physical on-site we need to ensure a few things are in place before we set up any appointments. This may need to be reviewed in person (or video call) prior to our arrival to ensure the smoothest experience during our vist
- Private room with desk and chair for provider as well as chair for patient
- Wifi access
- Bathroom (if applicable for visit type)
- At least 20 ft of space to perform vision test (if applicable for visit type)

- $5.00 discount (per person) for groups of 5 or more
- $10.00 discount (per person) for groups of 10 or more
- We will waive the travel fee for groups of 10 or more (visit price stays the same)
